25415 Jocelyn (provisional designation: 1999 VL53) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered by the Lincoln Near-Earth Asteroid Research project in Socorro, New Mexico, on November 3, 1999. It is named after Jocelyn Chuang, a finalist in the 2009 Intel Science Talent Search.
